About the Author

Caesar Meadows is an American cartoonist who has published the monthly comic strip Mumbeaux Gumbo in the New Orleans magazine Where Y'at since August 2001. His other monthly comic strip Qomix has been published in AntiGravity magazine since 2005.

Meadows also runs the Jigsaw Junction in Reserve, La, an archive of comic history that serves as one of Louisiana's only public libraries dedicated to comics and art relating to the medium.

Caesar's alter ego is "The What."
