Gavin S. Johnson is a lifelong New Orleanian. After graduating from De La Salle High School in 1990 he went on to the University of Southwestern Louisiana where he graduated in 1995 with Public Relations degree. Returning to New Orleans to work in and around the metro area until 2001 when he decided to go to nursing school to prepare to take care of his aging father if necessary. Never in his wildest dreams did he ever imagine that he and his father would end up a part of the largest prison evacuation in U.S. history!
